1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by this Agreement and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Website or place an order.

2. Ordering Process

2.1.        All orders placed on I-Knit Kenya, unless specified in the ready-to-ship category, are custom-made. We sew the products after the order is placed. 2.2

2.2.        The orders will be processed and delivered on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability of materials.

2.3.       We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to unavailability of materials, technical issues, or suspected fraud.

3. Delivery

3.1. Delivery times will vary depending on the location and shipping method selected. We will provide an estimated delivery timeframe during the checkout process.

3.2. Our default courier is DHL Express for international shipments, unless otherwise specified or requested.

3.3. I-Knit Kenya is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees imposed by the destination country. It is the customer’s responsibility to comply with any applicable customs regulations.

3.4. In the event of a delay or unforeseen circumstances, I-Knit Kenya will make reasonable efforts to inform the customer and minimize any inconvenience caused.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1.        All images displayed on the Website are the property of I-Knit Kenya and are protected by copyright laws unless explicitly approved.

4.2.        Customers may share product images with the visible watermark intact and must not remove or alter the watermark in any way.

4.3.        Unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or modification of I-Knit Kenya’s copyrighted materials is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

5. Pricing and Payment

5.1.        All prices on I-Knit Kenya’s Website are listed in US dollars (USD) by default. The customer is responsible for any currency conversion fees or charges applied by their payment providers.  

5.2.       The prices displayed are exclusive of shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, or additional fees unless otherwise stated.

5.3.       We reserve the right to change product prices, shipping charges, and other fees without prior notice. The price and fees applicable to your order will be those in effect at the time of purchase.

5.4.       All Payments are done through the PesaPal Gateway listed on the website checkout, and no other forms of payment is accepted by IKnit Kenya, and therefore will not be liable for any other payment methods.

6. Returns and Refunds

I-Knit Kenya strives to provide high-quality products. We do not accept refunds or returns of the products once purchased.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1.        I-Knit Kenya shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Website or the products purchased.

7.2.       In no event shall I-Knit Kenya’s total liability exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

8.1.       This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya.

8.2.       Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.

9. Modifications

9.1.        I-Knit Kenya reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

9.2.       Continued use of the Website or placing orders after any modifications to the Agreement constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
