1. Who designs Iknit Kenya Products
All products sold at I Knit Kenya are designed and handmade by the CEO & Founder of the brand, Fatuma Ramadhan based in Kenya.
2. How long will it take to make my order?
Please allow 1- 2 weeks for your garments to be made before being shipped.
Please note: Orders are processed on a first come first serve basis.
3. When does pre-made items ship?
Please allow 2-5 business days after payment is confirmed.
4. Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, international orders are shipped via DHL Express and are trackable. International shipping takes between 7-12 business days.
Domestic orders are delivered via G4S (within 3 days) or Bus courier of choice (within 1 day)
5. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will be emailed your tracking information. More so, you can track using our tracking page.
6. Do you accept custom orders?
Custom orders are only accepted in reference to already existing designs by I Knit Kenya. Due to the handmade to order nature of I Knit Kenya, garments are made in any and every size! Please check out Size Guide for better insight. Custom colors are accepted and based on the colors available only. Kindly fill in Custom Order Form
