Delivery Terms

Note: Please allow 1- 2 weeks for your garments to be made before being shipped. Please note: Orders are processed on a first come first serve basis. Ready-to-ship items will be dispatched within 2-5 days after payment confirmation. 

1.    Local Orders in Kenya

1.1.       For orders with delivery addresses within Kenya, shipping is free of charge.

1.2.        We strive to process and dispatch ready-to-ship local orders within 12 hours from the date of order placement.

1.3.       Estimated delivery time for local orders is 1-2 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on the destination location within Kenya.

1.4.       I-Knit Kenya will make reasonable efforts to deliver the products within the estimated timeframe. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

 

2.    International Orders

2.1.       For orders with delivery addresses outside Kenya, a flat shipping fee of $35 will be applied per shipment.

2.2.       International ready-to-ship orders will be processed and dispatched within 2-5 business days from the date of order placement. 

2.3.       Estimated delivery time for international orders is approximately 7-10 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on the destination country and customs clearance.

2.4.       Please note that any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer.

3.    Shipment Tracking and Notifications

3.1.       Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking information.

3.2.       Customers can track their shipment using the provided tracking number on the courier’s website.

3.3.       I-Knit Kenya will make reasonable efforts to keep customers informed about any significant delays or issues that may affect the delivery of their order 

4.    Order Tracking and Support

4.1.       Customers can track their order status by logging into their account on the I-Knit Kenya website.

4.2.        For any inquiries or assistance regarding your order or delivery, please contact our customer support team through the designated channels provided on the website.

5.    Address Accuracy and Liability

5.1.       It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping address details during the order placement process.

5.2.       I-Knit Kenya will not be held liable for any delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges incurred due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. 

6.    Failed Delivery Attempts

6.1.       In the event that a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will make reasonable efforts to contact the customer for alternative arrangements.

6.2.       If repeated delivery attempts are unsuccessful or the customer fails to respond to the courier’s communication, the order may be returned to I-Knit Kenya, and the order will be marked as completed.

This Delivery Policy is an integral part of the Terms and Conditions for using the I-Knit Kenya website and placing orders. By using the Website and placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this Delivery Policy.
